This session combines the fun and healthy environment of Camp Manitou with a meaningful healthy living component focused on developing good habits. It is a partnership between Camp Manitou and Mayo Clinic Health System. Campers report that they learn lots of new things, feel better about themselves, and that it is the highlight of their summer! The program is more than just what happens in camp. Camp requires the support of the whole family and a long-term commitment to live well.
